Ladies Bootcamp

Each day we are impacting the lives of the women in our community through teaching them how to exercise. We teach them how to get to the next fitness level one workout at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time, one year at a time. We witness the women in our Bootcamp become a stronger, more confident and healthier version of themselves in only a few weeks of training.

Bootcamps are a fun way to achieve real weight loss & fitness goals in a safe environment while making new friends and having fun.

This Bootcamp is a 6-week women-only fitness program incorporating cardio, weight training, and bodyweight training that is one hour in length. Classes are tailored to all fitness levels and you’ll leave every class feeling one step closer to your goals.

Our ladies Bootcamp is a non-competitive, inclusive, and supportive environment for women encouraging and raising each other up. We welcome you to come and join our community!

Once your 6-week Bootcamp ends, you can register for the next session, or merge into our regular CrossFit Classes. The choice is yours!

Who should join?

Women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels from 15 to 88 years of age. Whether your personal goal is to lose weight, tone your body, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, fight diabetes, get stronger, have more stamina, or just build up your confidence, our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself!

Our programs are run by experienced trainers, are open to all fitness levels, and will help:

Fat loss, weight loss, and body toning
Improve heart and lung function
Increase speed and stamina
Increase muscle strength
Improve energy levels
Improve posture Improve flexibility
Lower blood pressure
