The class structure is 1 hour of jam packed action. The coach takes all athletes through the warm-up together, then strength and skills, before finally moving onto the workout of the day. The whole hour is led and monitored by the coach. Each and every session you will leave feeling empowered and stronger.

You will get a taste of what the class will look like without feeling overwhelmed or pressured to go fast or not fit in.
Our Intro Package for Beginners Offers 3 personal training sessions, then merge into classes with confidence Typically for most people, walking through the door is the most challenging part of their fitness journey.
Completing your 3 introductory training sessions will help develop your confidence in the different exercises and help better understand our program philosophy.
During these sessions you will become comfortable in our gym, and the way the classes run. We will demonstrate, coach and explain all of the exercises we do on a daily basis.
Who Should Do CrossFit?
Parents, students, adults, grandparents, teenagers, youth, professional athletes. Anyone and everyone will benefit from our CrossFit Program.
We pride ourselves on giving feedback to all of our members during class, to promote consistent, long term growth.
Our gym is focused on a team/group workout environment. These workouts are very different from the traditional “commercial gyms” model; almost no traditional machines to achieve an incredible and effective workout.

As a team, as a family, as a unit, everyone starts and ends the workout together; Pushing, encouraging, and helping each other along the way. Everyone moves at their own pace and skill /strength level. At the end of each workout, you will be encouraged to stay behind and stretch those muscles out, preparing them for the next day/workout.

Open Gym
Open Gym is designed for our members to work on anything they like.
This time is not led by a coach, but a coach is on hand to help you out with any questions you might have. Work on some of the more technical movements, or dial-in on your strength training! Come in anytime we are Open to get your fitness on.
WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESSES!
It is also good to focus on your weaknesses or things that you are not as confident with during open gym. The mistake most people make is choosing to only work on their weaknesses during classes that focus on that exercise. Perfect practice makes perfect and if you’re not actively working on your weaknesses, you’ll never turn them into strengths!
